Path: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur  
Summery: Out focusing is..
Level:


When taking a picture, we adjust the focus.  
For more emphatic point, out focusing is used to blur out the beside part.
If have the parts not to want to show or the parts to want to emphasize, you can use it. 






1. for blur, select the less part in first.


① Eliptical Marquee tool > Feather : 50px 

② for focusing, select more large area.
③ inverse area  (select > inverse / Ctrl + Shift + I )






2. Filter > blur > Gaussian Blur > Radius : 2.0 pixels > ok  > repeat as enough. (Ctrl + F : about 3 times) 






3. for blur, select the wider part than the first selected area.

① Eliptical Marquee tool > Feather : 50px 
② for focusing, select more small area than first.
③ inverse area  (select > inverse / Ctrl + Shift + I )






4. Blur 효과 필요한 만큼 반복 (Ctrl + F : about 2 times) 



5. Make more blur the parts of need, as smaller area.
