1. look at right side in photoshop. if you can't find, click window > Adjustments.

    this function doesn't have any influences in the Layer(images).
    you can be modified again.

 

2.  select third icon [Curves] in the first line.

 3. Step1 : Curve
1) channel option : change from RGB to Red. 
    select red channel for being modified red tone.
2) control the curve like picture.

4. Step 2 : Brightness/Contrast

1) select first icon [Brightness/Contrast] in the first

    line. (confer picture of no.2)

2) control the option.

5. Step 3 : Color Balance
1) select third icon [Color Balance] in the second
    line. (confer picture of no.2)
2) control the option.

                                                         [Modify Result]

6. Step 4 : Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen
